Law Meets Fashion is run and written by me, Stephanie, a 30 year old Lawyer living and working in London. All views are my own.

I originally obtained a Psychology degree at Durham University before working in the Financial sector throughout my twenties and then qualifying as a Commercial Litigator with a focus on Intellectual Property.

I deal with a variety of Intellectual Property (IP) issues on a daily basis and continually looks at how IP is working, or struggling, in the Fashion Industry.

The blog will cover general IP rights in the Fashion Industry, the power of branding, case law involving some of the world’s most prominent fashion brands, the championing of new brands and more.
